Founded in March 2008, Astramina Advisory Sdn Bhd is a successful independent advisory firm engage in corporate finance advisory and consulting services with the vision of “creating value and preserving wealth” for clients. We are a licence holder under the Capital Markets Services Act, 2007 to undertake corporate finance and consulting services. We aim to be the preferred independent corporate finance house that provides our clients with the pragmatic and balanced solutions with services of the good quality in a timely and efficient manner to win and maintain their trusted relationship.
Assistant Manager / Associate / Research Analyst
We invite candidates (below 35 years old) with strong honours degree (2nd Upper class or CGPA > 3.5) in all sectors to join our team. Candidates with Accounting and Finance backgrounds are preferred but not a must for eligibility for application. Keen interest and passion to learn and understand capital market transactions coupled with strong determination and commitments to contribute to the team, the key elements for consideration.
Responsibilities:
- Research and evaluate in detail, prepare detailed financial analysis, modeling and valuations, industry and market overview and strategic commercial rationale for capital market transactions.
- Creation of detailed pitch documents and participate in marketing meetings with client management team.
- Analyse the financial and business operations of the portfolio assigned as well as assess their business prospects and industry outlook.
- Involve in project management and implementation of transactions and deals in conjunction with Project Director.
Requirements:
- Malaysian citizen who possess a Bachelors degree from a well-recognized university in any business-related field or equivalent.
- A self-starter, productive, robust, fast-learner and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Analytical, commercially rational, well read and abreast with domestic and regional developments are added advantage. Strong experience in Excel and Power Points preferred.
- Required language(s): English and Chinese
- Fresh Graduates, Bumiputra and candidates who undergoing post graduate/advance educations such as CFA, CIMA, CPA, MIA, ACCA, MBA or any equivalent qualifications are encouraged to apply.
